I have an offer from JP Morgan for 35 lpa.(Distance from my place 24 kms, Time duration: 1.5hrs to 2hrs) I have another offer from IBM for 30 lpa.(27 kms, ~1.5hrs) But I have the following concerns. IBM has 3 days WFO but they do not provide cab or any means of transport. JP Morgan has 5 days WFO and they provide shuttle. I used to go to office all 5 days before Covid and it used to feel so pathetic. But now most companies are asking employees to go to office full time. I am really confused and not sure what to do right now. Please tell me your opinion/suggestions on this!!!
You are losing 5L plus a better org for 2 days wfh only. Both travel look similar.
JP Morgan is good choice. Work for 5-6 hrs at office is more better than Work more than 9 hrs at WFH.
IBM may also soon bring 5 days WFO, so don't keep work from home as a deciding factor.
