I feel joining ServiceNow is better. I understand with IBM you will be getting more salary but stocks and the kind of work of you might do at SN might be better. Tbh, you are the best judge. Try to gauge what you need right now, working where is exciting you the most and if you are not able to figure out then go for the one which pays the most.

ServiceNow. I have a former colleague that mentions WLB is better and quality of work is great

Service now, better wlb . Post taxes and stocks the pay range would be comparable to ibm.

Thank you for the reply. Should I bother much about IBM's base amount? It's almost 10L difference with ServiceNow

Does IBM provide RSU? HR said after one year there might be some but didn't mention anything on the offer letter. Also does anyone know about the average hike % in both the companies?
