I have a total of 3 Years of experience I got 2 offers One from HSBC @12LPA and other from Bajaj Finserv @17LPA Which one should I join considering Bajaj Finserv has all days WFO and also alternate Saturday working as well whereas HSBC has hybrid WFO mode

Which one should I go for considering a mixed result of pay,job security and wlb
