Advice anyone? Which to join ?

I need advice to choose my next career org. Pls share your thoughts I have an offer from Cars24 in Bangalore(5days wfo) with 16lpa fixed

And another offer from Hashedin by Deloitte(2days wfo) in Kolkata (my hometown) with 13.5lpa fixed. My total yoe- 3.5 years.

I miss my home and family here in Bangalore so my inner child wants to join hashedin . But my adult self says to join cars24 as it will be better for my career growth.

Seeking advice for my dilema.

Join company in your home town

Reason

  1. Better work life balance
  2. Friends and family ( Priceless)
  3. In Banglore you will end up spending more. So additional package @ Banglore will not make much difference

16 will not give you the happiness of home and it will be less in Bangalore but 13.5 will be more in your hometown so if u miss your home join Deloitte negotiate with Deloitte as u r having offer of 16 lpa may be you will get increase in your Deloitte package also
