Is that fare ?

I am currently working at a company where I was being tortured by giving more and more un productive work it's been an year I joined it and having 3 months notice period. Luckily I got into faang now I asked for 1 month early release in my company that is I can serve 2 months notice period but my HR strictly conformed that 3 months is mandatory to do. I told I am ok for buyout also but no use. She is not even considering my request.I am not even having dependencies in my company. But because of their sadism I am losing my offer. I tried to convince my new employer for 3 months but they denied as they cannot hold offer for 3 months. Every day when I reach out to my current HR she is saying why are you bothering me. When I ask my manager about that he is saying I have nothing to do with it. When it comes to me then I will support you but I can't directly involved in it.
