I am a bit confused with the LTI MINDTREE recruitment process.
I applied to Ltimindtree on 2nd Dec 2024. Then i had clear L1 and L2. Hr reached out to me after 1 month of l2 completion. She asked me for expectations and preferred location. Hr said she will release an offer letter that day only. Now it's been 7 days since there was no update on this. I got mail on the 15th April that the documents were approved and same are reflecting in LTIMINDTREE profile. Last Thursday when I checked my profile it showed status as "offered". But I didn't receive any mail not even in the spam folder also reviewed on this. I tried to connect with HR she is not responding either on the phone or in the message. What is actually going on, can anyone put a light on this.

Currently in final year at a tier 2 college, I’ve worked hard to learn advanced web development and am now exploring Generative AI. I’ve completed two internships in the software development field in my third year. Now, in my final year, I haven’t received any offers—neither for an internship nor a full-time position. It feels like bad luck and tough times always find their way to me. Still, two weeks ago, I gathered myself, holding onto hope, and traveled 500 km to Gurgaon just for interviews with a company, thinking the high selection rate. But I’ve been on HOLD now. At this point, I’m seriously seeking an internship or job. Even if the stipend is low, I’m desperate for an opportunity—preferably in my field, but I’m open to working in any field.
