Non Negotiables at Corporates

Corporate/Startup culture that needs to be changed:

  • Office Politics
  • Favoritism or favors given towards an employee
  • Micromanagement
  • Explanations for every leave taken
  • Glorifying Overworking
  • Expecting staff to be available 24/7
  • Meetings that could have been an email
  • Unsympathetic Layoffs
  • Non Appreciating Behavior
  • Credits due to an employee
  • More than 3 rounds of job interviews

The first two points - politics and favoritism, will never change as they're part of normal human interactions in society, and exist everywhere where humans are, including within organizations.

Rest all vary from company to company, and I'm sure there are already many companies out there in which rest of the things on your list are minimal.

Except the last point it's kind of impossible to change other things considering how there is so much supply of labour and much lower demand

First 2 points and layoff point will never change. Rest points even though have very minimal chances but still they could be changed over a period of time
