What are the signs of Quiet Firing?

There are bunch of things I am observing in my workplace, could be more that I am overlooking

  • No credits to employees even after results
  • constant negative or put down talk
  • no clear feedback
  • giving unreasonable, inhumane KPIs to achieve in very short period of time
  • forcing long working hours without work
  • frowning on or not approving eligible leaves
  • timing each hour in terms of productivity, counting loo and coffee breaks; but no checks during overtime
  • delay in salary
  • threatening to withhold salary
  • PIP
  • questioning processes that were being followed for long

I’ve experienced this personally. Unreasonable targets along with short time to achieve them. On top of that, they will not allow you to reach certain client groups because “we already have connection there we do not want you to make them mad”. Mad how? By seeing if we have more business opportunity? The reason you hired me for?
