I am primarily looking for a high carb energy bar, there is hardly anything Available in India, For the outsider there are options like skratch, strykr which can pack on 30& 50grams of carbs in a single bar, I am an endurance runner myself constantly running more than 70 to 80 km per week, tried Snickers&whole truth, didn't like both for them. I am open for trying out newer recommendations??

Muscle blaze, rite bite, yoga bar some energy bar range, and fuelled....not very sure about the carb and protein content

I'm almost 27 and I started working out 3 months back ( woh bhi on/off on style ). And recently one friend of mine suggested that I should try the whole truth protein bar.
I tried it and tbh I liked the taste and since it contains zero...
I love the whole truth's bars, but holy carp, the bars are loaded with so many carbs and fat:(
Should I resort to eating boiled eggs as protein bars or switch some keto//diabetic friendly brand?
