HR 90 DAYS POLICY

I have put the papers and chose option as career enhancement and told the reason to HR and management as joining the family business. For various reasons Parallely, I was searching for another job so that if I get good offer will join it. Now I got a good offer from an outside organisation. Now, I am worried that if I join it then the current organisation will mark my background verification as red. Do they have the authority to turn my bgv to red. Please help me out here. If they turn to red how should I tackle with them.

On the off chance some idiot of an HR actually returns your BV as red you can sue for defamation and malpractice as they can’t make you un hireable just because you decided to leave them. The only exception to this is if you had committed a crime while you were in their employment or you had any action taken against you .

In my case, in probation which will end by this month. But they blocked part of my allowance with feedback mails from RA. Now, if I resign after getting a job can they hamper me?

Noo. They can only mark your BV as red if you had some sort of disciplinary action. You negotiated well, good work. Now you don’t need to worry about it anymore. They forgot about you the moment you stepped out of their premises.
