Interns can’t take leaves as they’re not supposed to fall sick. I however asked them to not listen to such stupidity and take it which ultimately led to an ugly spat between me and my manager.
Don’t really care though as the logic which was made was nonsensical and I don’t operate that way with people who report to me.
