Mine - in the last company, my manager didn’t approved my leave for 4 days and said - maine to khud ki shadi me 2 din ki chhutti liya tha bas (I only taken 2 days leave for my own marriage)
Two employees cannot take leave on the same time. You guys choose amongst yourselves about who wants the leave more than the other.

Interns can’t take leaves as they’re not supposed to fall sick. I however asked them to not listen to such stupidity and take it which ultimately led to an ugly spat between me and my manager.
Don’t really care though as the logic which was made was nonsensical and I don’t operate that way with people who report to me.
