I think it's a very debatable topic , we are always equivocal about this quixotically most of the times , many people nowadays take atleast 3-5 years to get settled , have some decent savings etc , they also plan for something like home maybe in some cases but there are many who have some good finances already or their parents bear majority of marriage expenses so for some its early 20s , for some late and for some early 30s
