Do FAANG companies ask current/last drawn salary in interviews?

Wanted to know if FAANG or similar companies such as Atlassian, Intuit, LinkedIn, Adobe ask for last drawn salary during interviews and only offer on that basis, or do they have their own salary range for each role and give that. If they ask, would be great to know in which round.
