TAL's take
Tier 3 consulting firm with a very generic analyst role description and broad, multi-city requirement.
Well-defined responsibilities for a business analyst in the life insurance domain, though the multi-location aspect adds some generic noise.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in US-based Life Insurance projects
- Understanding of Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, and New Business
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, BRD/FRD documentation
- Experience with UAT and test case preparation
Tools and skills
Nice to have: process automation.
About the company
Small IT consulting firm with no significant engineering brand.

Thinking about starting a startup
Hello highly experienced people of grapevine, I am a 21 yo Final Year student pursuing EnTC engineering in Pune. I will get placed as either Cognizant Genc Pro, TCS Prime or Oracle Tech Consultant Trainee (these are my upcoming interviews) But apart from that, I am the typical GenZ kid who doesn't want to work and has a passion for making YouTube videos. I learned software development to get a job and now that I have this skill in my arsenal, after a long thinking session I decided why not start a software company to make astronomically high amounts of money than any job in the world. And earn it once and then live off of it and returns made from investing it forever. Obviously I know that I am not going to be an overnight success, but I want to use software development to make myself a very wealthy person by selling my startup once it grows rather than coding till 60. I am willing to do this on my own and want to create a company strictly in the software domain. Basically writing code in my pajamas. So any advice/warning/interests you can share with me would be awesome since people here have a ton of experience. Thank you and I hope my to be interviewers aren't reading this.
