Barclays 8 round of interview, non-sense
Is it normal, that Barclays takes 8-9 rounds of interview 1. HackerRank Test 2. Technical 3. INDIA DIRECTOR 4. Team Lead 1 5. Team Lead 2 6. Again technical 7. New York director 8. MD Round On top of this 2 HRs consistently grilling me. I cleared all, but this number is very odd, something doesn't feel right. Adding to it directors were saying, there will be odd hours, will need to work till 11-12 in night, you can login late. Tech stack - Microsoft Ecosystem, Agents creation using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry For the AVP position, they have taken so much time in this. And not even agreeing on 30 percent increment Current fixed is 38.5 LPA at 10 Years Experience
