Transitioning from Infra Support to Cloud Engineer – Need Guidance
Hello everyone, I’m currently working as a System Engineer with ~5 years of experience in IT Support and Access Management. My experience includes working with Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM/PAM, Synology NAS, Sophos Antivirus, Commvault Backup, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet Firewall, MDM, and overall IT infrastructure support. I’m now planning to transition from a support-focused role to a Cloud Engineer role, and aiming to switch organizations within the next 6 months.
