Which one I need to select Staples india (Product based) or PWC india, both offering almost same CTC (12 LPA)
Hi everyone, I’m currently at a decision point in my career and would appreciate some guidance from this community. I have around 3.4 years of experience in Performance Testing, having started my career at Accenture. I’ve received two offers: • Staples (product-based company) – 12 LPA fixed (no variable) • PwC India – 11 LPA fixed + 2.5 LPA variable While compensation is comparable, I’m more interested in understanding differences in: – Work culture – Learning opportunities – Growth trajectory – Work-life balance – Long-term career impact (product vs consulting) I’m someone who is open to challenges and responsibility, especially at this stage of my career. I would really value insights from anyone who has worked in either organization or in similar roles. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Food Hype
What's the obsession with food these days? Instagram has food vloggers, every other women is cooking staple diet with some romantic music in bg & people are going gaga over those videos? These influencers are acting as if they are teaching something which is inaccessible to people for a long time. And then we have pseudo-scientific nutritionists. Every other nutritionists discredits each other's opinion. In essence, they are just like astrologers. Fear mongering about our own diet & gullible people buying expensive shit. The whole food business just like every health & allied business is a scam because they feed on your insecurity. The beauty & cosmetic products is another example. Protein Powder industry. Seeds/Nuts. Man, what a bunch of hype-induced souls.
