Must haves
- Strong experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Hands-on with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of RAN/Core/OSS architectures
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
