Data Scientist (Machine Learning & Production Systems)

Applix is seeking a Data Scientist to join their manufacturing operating system team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of production ML systems, including data pipelines, modeling, deployment, and monitoring. You will utilize a robust stack including Python, SQL, MLOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure to drive enterprise decision-making. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster

Nice to have: llms, rag, vector databases, nlp.
