Finally new person come to your place with new hopes and dreams to work hard, this cycle repeats. Again, same strategy is used by Managers with help of Leads. If you try to compline HR, She also knows everything but acts like helping you and tell everything to manager , both HRs help only management, by reveling you identity and information to them, so that from next day they will target you. Everyone stops talking to you. They treat you like untouchable person. You need to suffer alone in this vacuum. Treatment starts for you by changing requirements for every day and monitoring start like minute by minute. Men with moral should suffer here. Most of the department heads are from Coimbatore Boshe and visteon. They are all good at politics and very bad at technical skills. First year completion standard hike 10 % and 2 nd year 15 % with promotion. very rare cases like posh and attitude issues only promotions are denied. 3)Leave policy is a systematic scam in this company by wanted not reveling to the employees. 1 year - no leaves only 10 privileged leaves. but if you want you need, take advanced leaves, that is from next year. 4) only 5 leaves only carry forwarded. all 18 leaves will be lapse in that calendar year. 5) Comp off is to use with in 3 months from the date you earned. to get comp off you need to earn more than 7.5 hours. 6)Salary pay structure another numbers magic, like Ad hoc pay and Total PF employer contribution is also included in CTC along with gratuity. you will get 12 to 15% less take home than your expected calculation. 7)Insurance is very limited and less amount like 2 lacs, parents and children are not included, you need to pay extra separately for that. 8)they make sure Cab facility is bad, so that you can plan your commute. 9)No help from management and company to upskills yourself, Like certifications and courses. Is infertility crime or only female related ?

Married , now in stage of divorce bcs I found few months before he was married and got baby to another girl( already married and have 2 kids) and even settled her husband for divorce , it's for 2 yrs totally while he was cheating me , I was facing his anger, scoldings , ignorance, loneliness , guilt pressure , his absence etc bcs I was trying for baby and taking my second IVF in my parents place hoping to get it successful since my first IVF failed and he pressured to have baby of his own blood? I adjusted all his accusations, mood swings , absence etc with heavy heart, emotional trauma , loneliness etc bcs I am guilty by myself baby is not happening, while I was taking myself through this painful journey all by myself with assumption baby will make my life happier it's utter shock to learn about his betrayal , when confronted he simply said " he needs to prove his manliness , so it's the situation and moment he hold the baby was priceless and I don't have any rights or status to accuse him or that affair girl, she too said we mutually like each other and we are living what's ur problem can't u stay shut? And they were also saying "adultery is not crime , so i cannot be punished and I don't need divorce , u continue ur IVF treatment , get baby , keep that as holding and live ur life I will visit u monthly once , I will convince my lovely(affair) to this setup , don't make any noise , u earn and continue living if ur expenses exceed ur earning I will provide , other than this don't lose ur time and money in legal proceedings bcs I have my own way and influence. Else if u definitely need divorce, get ur dad provided things and jewel and transfer our joint property to my name and leave silent, I have invested in business ,so that's all I can give also I have around 2lakh spending for my family each month, so I should take care of it " having said all these he now openly living with that girl and family , both family accepted this relationship and now blaming bcs I am childless , while I have my embryos freezed and only Embryo transfer pending but all stopped and now am living n hostel and contining my job, so did I commit any crime here to deserve this ? While am running a round legal proceedings bcs I need to prove everything he is just living his life , enjoying his baby arrival , taking girl of that women children saying he is their father , but just want me to lay low bcs I am alone , I don't have to provide anyone and he says me to earn and live a dignified life bcs not all betrayed womens keep sulking and they stand on own legs , I just don't get it , on top of me emotional, mentally invested myself in painful journey of treatments , beared all this trauma I am just thrown out , so now I lost everything, in process of recovering and law asks for evidences ?
