I dont know whether there are any good IT companies in chandigarh, or I have to move out! I already worked at SourceFuse for 5 yesrs and Grazitti Interactive, currently working in code brew labs. At SourceFuse culture has changed a lot, Principal Architect had unprofessional work ethics, In grazitti(searchunify department) which was known as one of the best companies among tricity fired some people by putting on PIPs (including me), by very small reasons like more bugs(which i already fixed before PIP), coming a bit late to office but not everytime (like 15-20 mins) but without impacting the actual work, they talked too much discipline but didnt focus much on how we can improve the product, and whenever I improved, they didnt appreciate it. At code brew labs, the experience wasnt much bad excpet for the team downsizing of third unicorn (ceo’s collaboration with ashneer grover), currently going okay and appreiciated for my efforts but salary was bit reduced while working at thier blockchain department! I have shared some of my experiences, what do you think, should I move out? actually I have 3 months of bond left Is there any good IT firm in chd tricity which have a better culture, better management and bit interesting work ? Also side by side I am grinding DSA + System Design Stuff!
