Options to move out of India

Background: Working as a senior software engineer at Microsoft India with 7.5 years of total experience. TC ~1.1 cr, consistently received above average ratings and bonus. As I am nearing 4 years at Microsoft, I am looking to explore new opportunities outside. Currently I am working remotely, and living closer to family and friends. But since most high paying jobs in India are not remote-friendly (Google,Uber etc.), I might have to relocate to BLR/HYD. Since I will have to anyways move to a new city, I am more and more inclined towards moving abroad - London, Zurich, Amsterdam, Singapore or Tokyo - What are my options to move to one of these cities? - Are there companies who hire engineers from India and sponser work visa? - Is this option worth exploring or should I give up this dream and start interviewing in India? Please suggest, it would really help me set my expectations right and plan for the next 6 month
