The driver was very chatty and towards the end of the trip, when I paid 164 for the ride, he said, if this was ola they would have taken 40% and given me the meter rate of 90. Big words from the ceo whose company charges this level of margin on people who are trying to make ends meet. Driver said he doesn’t use uber or ola anymore, since the launch of namma yatri.
