What's wrong with the ppl here??
It's a common sense that GV is the platform where ppl can share their thoughts, feelings, suggestions and ask questions ANONYMOUSLY. Nobody knows each other here personally or professionally. But I see some sick mindset ppl PM in chats, their first question will be - Where are you from? What's your name? How old are you? Where is your native? Which company do you work with? What's wrong with these ppl? Why are they so much bothered about knowing the other person's personal and professional matters? Is this a matrimony site? Are they looking for a soulmate here to get married ? Are they trying to match their kundali with that information ? They don't have any other topics to discuss?? What exactly do they want?? 9 hour shifts are a complete joke
I am so done with this 9 hour login rule. Seriously. Who is actually working for 9 hours straight? My actual productive work takes maybe 3 or 4 hours max. The rest is just pretending. Moving the mouse. Staring at Teams. Waiting for some pointless standup to end. It is mentally exhausting. Just sitting there. My org tracks our active status like we are factory workers. I finish my tickets by lunch and then just sit like a zombie till evening. Idk how people do this for years without losing their minds. Bhai just give me the work and let me log off when it's done. Why hold us hostage?
