Need Help Choosing Between EY (Consulting) and ASSA ABLOY (Product) for ServiceNow Role
Hi everyone, I’m in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate some advice. I have offers from both EY and ASSA ABLOY for ServiceNow roles. • EY has offered me the Senior Consultant 1 position with 8.5 LPA (plus 10% variable). It’s a consulting role with client-facing exposure and multiple implementation opportunities. • ASSA ABLOY offered me a ServiceNow Developer role (title says “Associate” but it’s a full dev role) with 10.5 LPA. It’s product-based, focused more on deep platform work and long-term projects. I have around 3 years of experience in ServiceNow with multiple certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery). My goal is to become a Senior Developer or Architect in the long run, and I’m weighing learning, growth, and stability. Would love to hear your thoughts on which might be better from a growth and work-life balance perspective. Thanks in advance!
Who will be the teams making it to the Super 8 in the T20 WC?
Australia, India seem to be the only obvious options. The other 6 spots seem open for the taking as SA, ENG, NZ seem to be playing a bit weak
