Toxic Company Review: OTS Solutions

I've been an employee at this organization. This is probably the worst mistake of my life that I decided to come here. Hear me out now !!! 1. There are no processes around the company, and even the founders (Hemant and Naval) are clueless & passing their time they are are noobs and don't know shit about the business or what they want to actually do. 2. Hemant and Naval are frauds, exploiting their employees by paying them between 35k to 50k and expecting them and work 9 hours a day, often even more. 3. Their management is poor, and the HR department is lazy and slow—it took them four months to complete my FNF. Can you believe it? 4. As for their projects, they only have one big client at the moment, and they’ve been stringing them along for over a year. Poor Jefferies! 5. The work process is outdated, still stuck in practices from 20 years ago. 6. And the politics—oh boy—the company is rife with it, with everyone ready to pull you down at any moment. 7. Then there’s Sunny Gupta (Business Analyst). He’s the snake Naval left in the Gurugram office to keep an eye on everyone. In my 10 years of career, I’ve never seen a bigger bootlicker. Working with him for more than a year was hell. He even drove me to suicidal thoughts, and I warned him that I would sue him in front of Naval. Naval knows everything but always evades responsibility because he’s Naval's puppet. 8. God save the IT ecosystem with such incompetent founders who don't know anything about the business. 9. There is so much toxicity in the office that a lot of employees are thinking of doing a mass resignation because this company is playing with our career. 10. Hemant, come on, be a man. You’re living in Dallas and still have no sense of how to talk to your employees. We are not laborers. And Naval, work on your anger issues, buddy. Don’t behave like you’re the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Learn some skills to manage 50 employees first. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
