My experience, 1YOE UiUx, Place- Delhi Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office) What they are offering is 6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working) And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job. Is the offer good or what should I negotiate. I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.
