Delay in offer letter at big tech
Hi all, I have received an offer for a data science role at one of the top product companies. It’s an Assoc Manager position. I cleared 5 interview rounds, and the HR reached out to me with welcome mail, salary breakup( base , variable, RSUs) , and did a couple of steps on workday ( documents upload, NDA signing). But I haven’t heard back since (this happened on 31st March, when I completed my workday tasks that were sent). I mailed her, and she said that they are doing their internal process. It has been 3+ working days, and they haven’t gotten back ever since. How long does this generally take to receive the offer letter on Workday? Is it common for these big Tech ( amazon, google, ebay, adobe etc. ) to rescind the offer?
Big companies just sell the items at mrp only. All the talk about revolution is shit
I usually buy my medicines at local pharmacy shop only as they give me 10-20% discount at MRP. Sometimes i buy medicine at apollo which are not available at local store. They give credit on MRP and mostly same credit is given in same MRP of the product. In the end , everything i buy from apollo will be at MRP. Another case is of zomato. I have to eat biryani from one of the restaurant. Price was to have at restaurant is Rs 140 and zomato shows me around 260 to be paid. As i was not lazy at that time and i went to restaurant itself. Now comes lenskart, making a glasses with good frame is around 200-300 . They charge 2000-2500. I agree that we have to find frame and glasses by ourself through ebay or something else. In this case also i got good glasses with frame at around 1800. Glass quality is always shit in lenskart. All the big companies talk about digital revolution but they just come with better presentation and website. Whats your experience with local shop owners and which items one should always buy from local shop owners
