Manager, Quoting (Position located in Bengaluru, India)

KnowBe4 is seeking a Proposal Manager in Bengaluru to lead a global team in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive, compliant content while coordinating with sales, legal, and InfoSec departments. The role requires deep experience in proposal writing and managing stakeholders to drive efficiency in content libraries. You will manage a team, handle performance reviews, and work in shifts to support global customer requirements.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in proposal writing role
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with company stakeholders
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering high quality content on tight timelines
• Strong leadership and ability to drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
