Agoda is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join their People Team based in Bangkok, responsible for shaping the company's leadership future. This role involves partnering with senior executives to source, assess, and close exceptional talent while providing market intelligence. The position requires a strategic advisor with significant experience in executive search or high-stakes in-house talent acquisition. Success in this role demands strong influence, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within an ambiguous and fast-growing environment.

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency
• Proven experience hiring senior leaders and executives
• Background in executive search firms and/or in-house executive talent acquisition
• Strong track record of closing senior-level candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously with high levels of judgment and discretion
