That one skill you want in your teammate?
For people who work in teams or build teams to work on projects, apart from the obvious skillsets to perform the job, what other things do you look out for? I'm essentially talking about soft skills. For me, someone who can articulate their thoughts and communicate efficiently is soo freaking important! Curious to know what others think.

Parent of a special needs child
Life is going smooth and problem free until our kid was born. He is the cutest child that I've seen. He didn't start speaking until he is 2. We went to the doctors and he is diagnosed with autism. We did everything in our scope. Going to therapies. Nothing helped much. Now he is 6. Still not able to communicate. Everyday is a struggle for us. Managing the work, therapies and kids. We had our second child hoping that the second child's company will change him. The second born is perfectly normal and now 2 Yr old. This second one is very small hence need basic parents attention to grow. Me and my wife are screwed up in our routine. Feeling guilty for not being able to spend much time with kids. We get frustrated and sometimes kids and depression make us to fight with eachother. We are trying to put up the fake smile but inside We are crying every moment. We cannot even die because we need to live for the kids. Loads of pain. Just sharing to get relief!
