I was working with Dun and Bradstreet here in Hyderabad. Called yesterday to my workplace, and was told that I was being let go due to some restructuring. In plain terms you are fired. Once again handled really poorly, no advance notice nothing. Was not even prepared for it. Layoffs are inevitable but the least companies can do is to handle it better. They just don't understand that this only gives em negative image or maybe they don't care.
