My co-founder is a genius coder and that's the fkn problem

I'm 23M. My friend, same age as me, is literally one of the most brilliant programmers I know - built his first app at 15 and won every hackathon in college. We started a SaaS startup 6 months ago that helps small businesses automate their inventory. Got a 500k seed round cause investors loved his tech demo. But I'm losing my fucking mind dealing with him. He codes like a genius when he wants to, but that's the problem - when he wants to. Won't show up till 2pm cause "he codes better at night". Won't push updates for weeks then drops massive changes at 3am that break everything. Our beta users are pissed cause features they need are sitting in his "almost done" list for months while he builds random shit that excites him. I handle everything else - customer support, investor updates, sales calls, documentation, bug reports, and he still has the nerve to say I don't understand tech enough. His new gaming friends are over at our office all the time for "LAN parties" that last till morning while I'm trying to run a fucking company. Don't get me wrong - when he actually sits down to code, he's incredible. Built our core product in 2 weeks. But now he's more interested in playing League of Legends and watching coding livestreams than fixing critical bugs. Says "real startups don't have fixed hours" whenever I bring it up. I really need advice. We have a product that could be huge, users who actually want to pay us, but I'm watching it all slip away cause my co-founder would rather speedrun Elden Ring than talk to customers. I don't wanna lose a friend but my mental health is fucked from carrying this whole thing alone.

Looking for PGs / flats

I’m looking for flats / decent PGs near Vikhroli West / Powai / Andheri East preferably. It’s been pretty hard to find them. I thought of trying out some co living spaces such as Stanza Living, but the reviews are mixed so I’m unsure. I’m trying NoBroker and other stuff too, but nothing decent yet. What would you suggest is the best way for someone to go about this process, as I’m new to everything Mumbai.

How do y'all deal with unprofessional co workers

I’m a junior w 1 year experience, and this project I’m in had only 3 juniors like me… everybody else is 8+ experienced and there’s 2 software engineers w 4 year experience. Now these 2 (one female and one male)people boss around us even tho they’re just our colleagues and not our respective Team lead, and i did let it slide since im the junior here, slowly there was causal ragging, bullying, name calling, what not. We kinda tried to tell this to our TL and she did nothing… This thing is getting out of hand, and especially since I’m from the same state as her, she’s getting too comfortable with me, she talks in the most vulgar way known to man kind, and very unprofessional, at times she shouts at me for no reason, it makes no sense…I keep getting appreciation from my TL for working my ass off and on the other side this woman says I’m not doing anything, and everything I do she tries to find flaws, never appreciates And in one call she mentioned how she was ‘never satisfied with us(juniors)’. She makes us work overtime unofficially. I think there came a breaking point where I lost it, but I decided to quit this project…I’ll be released by June first week. Also before I joined the team a few senior developers left the project cause it’s hectic but from what I heard is that they left because of her. This project is legit crazy, every month people join and leave. This month it’se and another senior dev leaving. There’s only 4 people who never left, and they are trying to leave but they were scared to do it because the project manager isn’t letting them leave, he claims they’re the core team and that they can’t just leave. And yeah I’m pretty sure now I’ll have to face similar kinda people somewhere down the line, how do u think I should handle that?
