Head of Physical & Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) Security

The Head of Physical & CNI Security will oversee global governance and standardization for Hitachi Energy's physical security programs. This senior leader will design enterprise-wide frameworks, drive automation, and ensure compliance with critical infrastructure regulations. The role requires extensive experience in global security operations, regulatory standards, and integration of command-center operating models. You will lead multi-regional transformation initiatives to protect people, assets, and operations worldwide.

• 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Bachelor degree in relevant subject
• Experience managing security operations in a global environment
• Senior leadership experience in physical or CNI security
• Understanding of regulatory, legal and contractual CNI security requirements
• Experience in security governance and process automation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
