I have been trying to buy a plot in Bengaluru. I have shortlisted a couple of areas. But prices are always unreachable to me. I look for a plot, I wait for the salary increase, savings increase and when I go back to buy in the same locality after 12 months, things are completely changing. Prices become unreachable again. Hello Everyone, I have went for the plot booking in Sumadhura Panorama Devanahalli. They are quoting Rs 6599 per sqft. I feel it is in the highest side, and on top they have lot of other charges as well. Is there anyone who has booked for the same?
