Hilariously out of touch partners - It's all around us :/
I've had the fortune of working on some major client accounts, but lately i feel our leadership has completely lost the plot with work hours.
We were fixing a deck till 2 AM, and the director literally said "great hustle, let's connect at 8 AM sharp for a fresh review".
We end up just staying around on our laptops, passing time on meaningless formatting, when we could have just slept.
Needs to be fixed, it's the sign of a major problem in the workforce Thoughts?

Indians need to learn to say no. If that is not possible, at least when resigning, they should state the truth not the usual professional talk to "keep the doors from shutting".
Some bridges have to be burnt. If not for us, for the greater good of the society.
