TAL's take
Role at a reputable YC-backed startup, though the job description itself is extremely sparse and lacks specific functional details.
The JD is extremely vague, containing only the title, industry, and YOE, with no actual responsibilities or requirements listed.

Struggling with addiction
Hi , wondering if there are people like me who struggle with in their jobs because they end up drunk on weekdays. My issue is once I start drinking I don't stop and am unable to go to office because of the anxiety of hangovers in the morning. I have had episodes where I stoned and due to not sleeping on time got a lazy image at work . How do you guys manage a social life and be fresh enough to show up at work .
Motivation for Interview prep
Hi guys, I'm thinking of starting interview prep but not able to get motivation for doing so. My current company has slowly started becoming toxic and the pay disparity among the employees of same level is huge. Although the pay thing was not a major issue few months back, the toxicity has started affecting me. Now coming back to the point, being in bangalore, doing daily WFO, I'm not able to find time during weekdays and on weekends either I'm exhausted or occupied with some household work. Can you guys please drop in your tips on how guys pull off preparing while working? PS: I'm currently working as an SDE 2 and looking for senior SDE 2 roles.
