Senior Machine Learning Engineer

EXL is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM applications within their enterprise environment. The role involves designing production LLM pipelines, managing model versioning and serving infrastructure, and implementing observability and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the Python ML stack, LLMOps tools, and cloud AI platforms. This position requires strong collaboration with research and platform teams to build scalable and efficient GenAI systems.

• Advanced Python proficiency
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Proficiency with MLflow, Kubeflow, and Apache Airflow
• Strong DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
• Cloud AI experience (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)
• 6-10 years of overall software or ML engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on production LLM/ML lifecycle management

Nice to have: rag, vector databases, lora, peft, langsmith, weights & biases, llm observability, llm red-teaming, pii redaction, ai safety guardrails.

Established global analytics and digital operations firm with large scale engineering presence but not a flagship Tier 1 tech product company.
