Should I join DE Shaw?
Hi, I was recently contacted by DE Shaw recruiters for a SMT(S)( role in Test). I am currently a SDE2 at Amazon and make 60+LPA. Does anyone have any idea what is the max/min salary band of SMT. I want to give their interviews but the amount of money will decide the preparation. All my research says that they won't be able to match(forget hike) my current compensation. Pls help 😅
