Should I join DE Shaw?

Hi, I was recently contacted by DE Shaw recruiters for a SMT(S)( role in Test). I am currently a SDE2 at Amazon and make 60+LPA. Does anyone have any idea what is the max/min salary band of SMT. I want to give their interviews but the amount of money will decide the preparation. All my research says that they won't be able to match(forget hike) my current compensation.
