I have seen a bunch of orgs HRs, leaders crib... on how they want top talent.. but are so so so surprised when the candidate actually acts like a normal human. Talk about double standards.. So basically a guy cleared all 5 rounds, Aced the system design, Wrote perfect code, Agreed to join in 30 days, But got rejected by the director because he drank water too casually from a plastic bottle instead of using a glass during the final interview. So basically .. You want a 10x developer, to fix your legacy trash, for intern money, while you judge his hydration style At this point, I really want to know 1/ Tum log insaan hire kar rahe ho ya robot? 2/ Who is your dealer?
