Best way to get better at product interviews (2-3 years exp)?
I have been a PM for the last 3 years but my interviewing skills are really bad. I have sat through a bunch of interviews. Read decode and conquer cover to cover, but even then, I've made little progress. I know I'm not bad at the role because I have gotten frequent hikes and created tangible impact on every product I've worked on. The interviews I have cracked are mostly due to luck and my conversion rate is poor. Would love to get some insights from folks who have experienced the same roadblock.

Applying for jobs since last 5 months. Hardly got any response yet. Only 1-2 companies responded. What should I change in my strategy of applying, to get interview calls? Are there any NGOs that plant trees?
Over the last couple of weeks, heatwaves have been bringing down hellfire on north india. Water is 24/7 hot, AC are running continuously (i know not good for environment), going out feels like a punishment. I know this will not change in one day but every small step matters. I want to contribute/donate some money to some genuine NGOs that will plant trees and take care of them until the plants become self sufficient. Please share some if came across such NGOs. P.S. - I would encourage to other folks in doing so as well.
