What did I get done this week

Bootstrapped startup founder in late 20s - Deployed a ML model with 92% accuracy primarily because we have labelled data. - Send a renewal proposal to our highest paid customer to triple the ACV. Stressing if they might not be renewing it altogether. - Explored 2 new product use cases. Hypothesis holds true but some more digging is required. - Total 5-6 customer conversations, less IMO, should be more. - Raised invoices, set-up gcp, did CS all along and coded some random shit. P.s. A non engineer grad Personal front - Played badminton 3/5 days, not great IMO - Became a therapist to 3 friends out of which 1 cried. Still dunno why he cried, rest 1 had resigned and came straight to chat. Another one is ranting for a while now. - Amazing mental health. Touch wood, some random anxiety busts, super short lived and easy to navigate. All in all, I could have done more, and I should be doing more. A lot of misses as well.
