Hello All, I’m currently working as a Senior Consultant 2 in the Risk Consulting in Internal audit and ERM domain at EY GDS. My base location is Kerala, but I recently got married and have since relocated to Delhi NCR. I’m grateful that somehow I was allowed to continue working remotely from noida. While I’ve completed only 1 year at GDS, I have a total exp of 6yrs. My current CTC is 12 LPA (fixed) with 10% variable, which aligns with the pay of a tier-2 city, despite my current residence in a metro. 1. Should I approach HR with a request to revise my CTC based on my new location, or wait for the upcoming increment cycle (where I anticipate an inc of 8-10%)? 2. Would it be a good time to explore opportunities at other Big4s? 3. If yes, what compensation range can I expect, given my profile and experience?
