Must haves
- 3-7+ years of experience in support, operations, SRE, or software engineering
- Strong debugging skills across web services, queues, and data stores
- Comfort reading and writing Python and Go code
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and idempotency patterns
- Familiarity with MongoDB and relational data warehouses
- Excellent written communication for customer-facing and RCA documentation
