Need some serious advice
At present i feel like I’m struck in my career. Was just thinking of upskilling in different areas rather than my current tech (Pega platform- a nocode low code bpm tool) . Its been 2years in same company started as a fresher. I feel like i need to shift to other company but problem is i didn’t upskilled upto the mark in different domains and for shifting in cueerent domain my company is best in market for using pega.
