What's the purpose?

How do u deal with this failure, anxiety and sleeplessness. Till couple of month back I was associated with a company then suddenly u were put on a PIP plan just to ensure bell curves. Now ur out without a job an identity. Tried searching but again ur not from a B school nor have great references so what do u do try try harder and things don't work out. Then u try n start something basically do trading get few products from manufacturers n sell online see some basic traction initially n then again war situation products become costlier u are not able to sustain in this heavy competition n wait. Hopefully things will turn around. I don't know just wanted to write/share it. Thanks for reading.
