Please read ( 1 min read only 🙏🙏 ) : Toxic behaviour from leadership using Founder Mode
I am very much disheartened. Seeing all these tech influencers hype up Founder Mode recently , it's hilarious how one Silicon Valley essay basically gave every toxic MD and VP in the Indian tech ecosystem the green light to bypass all processes and start micromanaging again One of our VP , informed us regarding this matter , there were no trust and no decency in his voice. The first statement he said was "I need daily skip-level updates....?" And on the other hand , Look at the amount of toxicity these monsters are bringing on the table. I am requesting every single folk who faces this type of shit. Is anyone else's leadership suddenly using this as an excuse to demand daily skip-level updates , or is it just my org ?
