Need guidance..

I joined the company as a campus hire and received training in .NET and Angular at the Mahape campus. Currently, I am part of a project where I handle L2 support and work on enhancement features using.NET and Angular. The solution architect has also entrusted me with feature deployments. I'm currently building my Azure skills and plan to appear for the AZ-204 certification by the end of this year. My total experience so far is 1 year and 4 months (including 3 months of training, 1 month in the account pool, and 1 year in the current project). My current package is ₹4 LPA, which is the lowest among my training batchmates (others joined at ₹5 LPA and ₹6.5 LPA). Despite being appreciated during my review meeting for quickly adapting, taking ownership, and delivering tasks ahead of deadlines, I was given a 2-star rating out of 4. This felt disheartening and has made me doubt if I will be promoted to P2. It seems that while the team expects me to be more committed to their work, they aren't equally invested in my growth. I would really appreciate your guidance on what steps I can take over the next year to significantly boost my salary and career growth.

My sanity is of uttermost importance.

As M35, with corporate job and responsibilities I keep reminding myself that as long as I'm sane I can rebuild things or keep what I entrusted with. I need not be happy or successful or loved or unburdened.. Just SANE.. To take things lightly, not to hurt anyone around me (unintentionally) and keep my sense of humor alive..!!

Money Advice : Hard Earned Lesson

For big money decisions, extreme caution is crucial. Whether it's taking a loan. These days there is an MLM network running all over India and mere people like me are getting looted. There is a friend of mine who came up to me one fine day and said there is a brilliant business idea so partner up with me as "he trusts me". And he said "it's a brilliant idea and I work with NITians and IITians". They left their job by doing this business and are earning heavily. As he is my friend( from childhood) I trusted him and so I asked his advice how have you gotten the money to invest? And he said he took a loan and told me he has repaid it in 8 months after entering into this business. So I took a personal loan trusting him and got looted off as I didn't know it was an MLM thing then. So, I advise against entrusting financial matters to acquaintances or friends. Trust only your parents specifically your father can give you the best advice. Drop your thoughts about what you think 💬
