One Foreign Country Visit, India Feels like a Scam
I have been to European countries, I was always fascinated by the cleanliness, civic sense people have there. The countries were so clean. Well, I though that they are all rich and easy to clean everything and keep surroundings clean and had forgotten it. Last two years, I have been exploring Asian countries, 10 times poorer than India. Like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia. India honestly feels like a scam, lets leave these metro cities. Even popular tourist places like Himachal, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan are so horribly maintained. Is it really the government's job to clean or we should improve our civic sense. Lets not even talk about Bangalore, Mumbai.. I have stayed there and horrible infrastructure and roads. India honestly feels like a scam.
Life being screwed up due to my mental illness.
I do have anxiety, overthinking and mood swings. All these can change even with small change in my surrounding. Even a one night disturbed sleep can trigger my anxiety. Earlier, i used to think that these are triggering due to some external reasons. But later found out that, it can trigger out of no reason. From outside, things look so clean. Graduated from top institutions, average jobs, good life. But its a everyday struggle which even my roomates dont know. I do share this my sister but it is something which i have to suffer. My mental illness pulls me back at all important situations mostly interviews. I am not able to prepare properly for my next job. Acute loneliness is a very good friend of my anxiety. Both of them are doing a good job. All of a sudden, I feel so hopeless as if my life is going to end. This sometimes happens when i am work and masking this is the difficult part. I am not sure if i have suffer this for my entire life. I feel so suffocated when i am having anxiety especially at work. The struggle is real and i dont if i could fix it up. The most important thing in life is a good mental health. Nothing can be done if you are struggling with mental illness. I hopelessly hope that one day i will be out of all these menace and will life a peaceful life
